HIGHER - 

  • Microbot Medical (MBOT) up 73% after announcing that it has entered into a strategic collaboration agreement with Stryker (SYK) in which the company will collaborate with Stryker's Neurovascular division to integrate its neurovascular instruments with Microbot's LIBERTY Robotic System
  • Borr Drilling (BORR) up 9% after announcing that that it has reached agreements in principle with its largest creditors, the Singaporean yards, to refinance and defer a combined $1.4B debt maturities and delivery instalments from 2023 to 2025.
  • Sutro Biopharma (STRO) up 13% after announcing an exclusive license agreement with Tasly Biopharmaceuticals for the development and commercialization of STRO-002 in Greater China, consisting of mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan
  • BrainStorm (BCLI) up 3% after announcing plans for a dosing extension of NurOwn for participants who completed the Expanded Access Protocol
  • GoDaddy (GDDY) up 3% after Starboard Value confirmed that it has acquired a 6.5% stake in the company based on the firm's "belief that the shares, when purchased, were undervalued and represented an attractive investment opportunity"


LOWER - 

  • BridgeBio (BBIO) down 67% after announcing its ATTRibute-CM trial missed the primary endpoint
  • Didi (DIDI) down 1% after Financial Times reported December 27 was supposed to mark the end of a 180-day lock-up period during which current and former Didi Chuxing employees were not permitted to sell shares in the company, but the Chinese ride-hailing company has extended the prohibition without a new end date being set
  • Velo3D (VLD) down 2% after announcing its first Sapphire XC delivery
  • Delta Airlines (DAL), JetBlue (JBLU), United Airlines (UAL), American Airlines (AAL) all down 1% to 2% after hundreds of U.S. flights were canceled due to a rise in COVID-19 cases
